I don't know. Sort of ruins the fun of it, don't you think? You read about it to experience something different than life, and suddenly it becomes your life, then what? I gotta start reading your little crime novels to get my fix?
I think doing it is more gratifying than imagining it, if that's an option for me. Who says it's gotta become your life? Why can't it be a hobby, like that knitting that everyone keeps suggesting.
