Affably casual to the point of annoyance, Raylan uses his cultivated Southern Charm, edging on authoritative aloofness, and a sharp eye to generally be a pain in the ass to anyone misfortunate enough to find themselves under his mindful attention. Unlucky in love and his personal life in general due to a habit of emotional closure, Raylan is dedicated to his work, followed closely by his hobby of drinking. Once called 'The angriest man' his ex wife had ever known, Raylan's temper is quiet but quick and saved for those that are more appropriately deserving of the righteous lawful justice.
